    Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time while a pre pay membership can not.
  • May I get a refund?
    If you find that this service doesn't work at your school, please reach out ASAP so we can find the best solution. If all else fails and the school blocks our site, you may be entitled to a refund.

    All Kids Freeze Dance merchandize is handled by Spring. You may reach them at fanhelp@spri.ng

    Kids Freeze Dance is owned and operated by Jason Schwertfeger.
  • Is there a physical address?
    No.
  • How do I change my email address?
    Your can change their email address themselves from their member profile. Here's how they can do it: 1. Click the member profile icon and go to Profile. 2. Click Edit Profile. 3. Scroll down to the Login info section and click Change Email. 4. Enter the new email address and confirm the password. 5. Click Change. If you don't remember their password, you can use the "Reset or create password" link.
